I bought the suggested voice remote for my Roku Streaming Stick + (3810, 3811 series)  . The second I put the 2nd battery, the light begins to blink.  That is all. It didn’t even begin to pair. I unplugged the Roku and tried again, but it just keeps blinking-even if I try to hold down the button. Please advise.
