My Roku Remote Green Reset Light is Flashing at very high Frequency

My Roku remote stopped controlling my TCL-Roku TV. The green rest light is Flashing at very high frequency. Before all this started it might just have tried to update itself or trying to update itself, am not sure. I have done several rounds of power restarting both the Remote and the TV to no success, what I get is just the high frequency flashing of the green light.20210819_095147.jpg

Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? Did this remote come with the Roku TV or is this remote from another Roku device?
