Moved, new router, remote won't pair, mobile app won't work

Hi - hoping for some help here. I moved and changed routers. My remote worked fine until the move but now it won't pair. I tried batteries, turning everything off, pushing the button (no green light comes on).  I have the mobile app but it won't work because of the new router. I tried the hotspot. Any other advice? Thank you.

If the pairing light doesn't come on when you hold the button for several seconds (make sure you're really depressing it as it can be tough to do) then you're only other option (other than buying a new Voice Remote) is to configure your new Wi-Fi to match your old (same SSID/network name and password).  The stick should connect and then you can go back to using the app which can't be used until the stick is connected to your network.
