We have a Roku TV and want a remote that we don't have to point at the TV. Does Roku sell such a remote? If not, what third-party remotes to people suggest?
Sure, you purchase it from Roku, Walmart, best buy and amazon:

Thanks, Tivoburkee!
I saw that product, but found no documentation saying that it was a "point anywhere" remote (meaning it doesn't work off IR). Is there any documentation that denotes this? (Nothing seems to be listed on Amazon or on the package itself, either.)
Only Wifi remotes are Voice remotes, no IR remote can do Voice search. With that feature you have to pair the remote to roku with pairing button in the battery compartment. Which no IR remote has. Before voice search came out roku pushed the phrase "point anywhere" for a WIFI remote. Now Voice remote designates WIFI remote.
Excellent. Thanks, again, Tivoburkee. Just bought the remote you suggested.
I wish Roku would make that point clearer, so I didn't have to spend the last 45 minutes researching every remote on their website (and whether it was compatible with our Roku TV), trying to contact customer service to ask them that simple question (that's a fun experiment in frustration), and then finally posting the question here and having to bother nice folks like you. :-)
(And, truthfully, I wish they didn't sell Roku TVs with the old IR remotes to begin with. Looking through all the remotes made me fear they all were IR remotes. Ha ha.)
Hopefully this will help someone else in the community in the future. Take care!
