Is an RC496 Enhanced Voice TV w/ Headset Jack remote compatible with a Premiere 3900X or 3920X device?
It will pair with them, but the headphone jack won't work on either model, sorry. It will work on the premiere+ 3921x.
Will all the other features (voice, volume, mute, etc.) work with the 3900X?
Yes, so just don't buy a remote the headphone jack and save $10, go with $19.99 voice remote. Not the Enhanced voice remote.
