Please be aware that only certain model Roku devices, such as the Roku Ultra, have the Remote Finder feature.

Thanks for the inquiry.

Are you currently using Roku Ultra (4800x)? The remote finder feature is only available on Roku Ultra and the compatible Roku remote is our Roku Enhanced Voice Remote - RC506.

Hi Mary.

Yes. I have an ultra. My puppy decided to chew on the remote, ugh. So now I need a new one and want the find remote function.  So, the enhanced is my choice I believe.
