How do I get ROKU remote to stop interfering with RCA TV Volume?
I have a ROKU Express and RCA TV ---
The Roku remote is causing RCA TV Volume to go up or down when I am using ROKU remote to scan, FF, RW, change channels. How do I get ROKU remote to stop interfering with TV Volume controls? Suggestions and help needed.

You can't, unless you abandon the IR roku remote and switch to wifi Roku remote. You can't change the code set the roku responds to, nor the Rca tv, it just happens the IR protocol the two use are close enough to cause conflicts.
