Have an October 2020 purchased Roku Ultra serial number X01000XW1YLA with a failed remote - specifically the private listening feature. It worked fine for a few weeks, began making a popping sound and no longer send sound through the ear buds. Tried another set of ear buds with same problem. Other remote functions works fine.
Loaded the Roku Remote App onto a tablet and the private listening function works fine through the app. It must be the remote. How do I get a warranty remote sent to me?
Ha - there it is. Thanks Remaker. Bummer - would have to have non-techie mom-in-law disconnect entire Ultra system and return to WalMart to get a new remote. That is not a recipe for success. Looks like I'll just have to give Roku an additional $35.00 to get her a new remote and then return that remote directly to Roku under warranty when/if it stops working.
