Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model are the remotes that you are trying to use with the Roku Express? Has the Roku Express device already been set up, activated, and connected to your wireless network?
Please be aware that the Roku Express device only uses an IR remote, so please make sure that the remote has a clear line of sight to the device sensor.
