Yesterday in the mail I received a new remote and a whole new Roku! I will start with the new remote and see if it solves the problem. I’m hoping Roku has Fixed the battery issue.

I am having the same problem with my 3800X Roku Streaming Stick.
The batteries only last 10 to 14 days.
