Model 3810x remote batteries constantly draining. Please advise on the process to send you the serial number for your review. We own several Roku devices and this is the only one it seems where this is happening. We do not have amplified sound on. If you request I send a private message please describe steps to do this as I could not figure it out. Thanks
My Roku remote seems to drain the battery very fast. This is the 3810X model Roku remote with the stick. I have gone through multiple batteries within a month and this is not normal. Please help with this issue.
