Re: Remotes batteries die in 2 weeks

Jump to solution

I'm having the same problem with my 3810X remote. The remote needs new batteries every 2 weeks and it gets really hot when just sitting and then becomes unresponsive.

Re: Remotes batteries die in 2 weeks

I literally just replaced my batteries on Saturday with fancy Li-Ion AAs and now today it's already showing dead. This is an older Premier+ but this has just gotten to the point of insanity over the last few months. (Really I can't use the chemical name of these batteries? Nice over-moderation.)

Roku should do a  recall as there is obviously a defect in these remotes.

I sent you my serial number but have not had a response.

Do you work for Roku?
