Down arrow and left arrow is not working on voice remote

The down arrow and left arrow stopped working.   Replaced batteries and restarted the roku and it didnt fix it.   Any suggestions?

Remote buttons do give out over time and usage. Even remote costing hundreds of dollars do. Replace it plain and simple. And pay for it like the rest of us do.
