Channels & viewing

I have Spectrum streaming on the Roku.  My previous 1080 Roku worked fine.  The double left arrow button went to the previous channel.  I upgraded my TV to 4K and bought the Roku streaming stick Plus 4K device.  It works as before, but the previous channel doesn't work.  Anyone else have that problem?  Is there a fix?

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
