Hi. I just got the entry level Express, Model 3930. I'd like to replace the simple remote that came with it with a remote that will allow me turn the TV on and off. Is there ANY remote compatible with the 3930 which will allow me to control the TV? Is the new Voice Remote Pro compatible with the Express 3930? Thanks.
Yes, you can upgrade to remote with tv controls. It would work with voice pro but its on backorder. I would go with the $19.99 voice remote:
Amazon has the Pro in stock:

@Tivoburkee, thanks for the prompt reply, and it was an excellent answer. I had gotten a voice remote pro for a streaming stick+ in the living room, so I had an extra voice remote. Turns out, it was the easiest pairing job I've ever had (maybe I'm just getting more experience). Previous pairing experiences all had little hiccups, and didn't go nearly as smoothly as this pairing went. I didn't even try to pair the voice remote with the express because I thought the express needed an IR remote. I had replaced the living room voice remote because it was a battery eater, but that's not an issue. The express is on a seldom used tv, so it's no problem to remove the batteries between uses. Problem solved. Thanks again.
