I bought a Roku Streaming Stick+ HD/4K/HDR Streaming Device with Long-range Wireless and Voice Remote with TV controls and no matter what I do I cannot get the Voice Remote to pair.
I've followed the methods on this site about a thousand times with no luck https://support.roku.com/article/208755708
I've used the HDMI extender with no luck either. How can this be fixed?
I don't know where to find the model of remote but the number in the battery location is RF342B-T5-03 1-4

Seem like a lot of wasted effort on your part Danny, if your stock answer is always to PM you. How do you expect others with the same problem to learn? Or is your response meant to drive community membership?

Did actually click on profile and scroll down a bit on the right side is contact box in it purple private message link?
Stick SN: 225110389650 Model: 3810X
Remote: Model RC-EL
After at least 30 attempts to pair my remote, I have now managed to lock screen on purple window with illustration on how to do it. I have removed batteries, replaced batteries, pushed reset button for more than 3 seconds. Light on stick is a steady blue. Now screen is locked on purple page. My tv is a Samsung Smart TV. This is replacement upgrade from older remote which was working fine until it got wet. Please help.
