Bought in May 2020 the remote won’t work. What is the warranty

I can not find a way to contact anyone. It was bought in May 2020, and the remote won’t work. Went through all the trouble shooting. Brand new batteries twice.  Is it still under warranty?

Can you please provide more information regarding the issue you are experiencing? What Roku device model are you using?
