My Roku stopped accepting input from the remote and from the app. The remote has new batteries. The app can find the Roku device but when I select it to connect, the app says that the Roku 3 is on the network and plugged in. What should I do?
Sorry, it says to check to see if it’s on the network and plugged in. This makes no sense because nothing changed from earlier today when it worked and the app is finding the Roku on the network.
Try unplugging the Roku from the power for few seconds and then plug it back in.
