I have been trying to set up my Roku express and none of the IR remotes will work (have tried 3 different remotes), switched all batteries, reset device. Unable to use mobile app remote as it is not connected to Roku through wifi yet because I cannot set it up
It's very unlikely that three remotes are faulty. IR remotes can be easily tested using a digital camera like the one in your phone. It's more likely the IR receiver in your Express is faulty. Make sure there's nothing blocking the front of the Express.
