I'm really upset that my private listing doesn't work any more and I have updated number 9.4.0 that was the whole reason I got this roku...the app doesn't even support this roku....does anyone know how to get in contact with the support.....there is no numbers or chat or email....if I can't get support I'm telling everybody I know not to buy roku ever....If I don't get this feature fixed I'm going to another product....thanks

Please be aware that the Roku 2 (2720) is a much older device. It's possible that the remote may simply be on its way out.
