service and support sucks

For about a  week my TV has been shutting off and turning on by itself. I tried all the suggestions  I found online from others having the same problem. Called customer support and did everything they told me to do. Still no solution. When I asked them why all of a sudden multiple individuals report suddenly having this problem they woukd not answer. Instead I was tokd either to buy a new TV or pay to get this one repaired.


Well if I buy a new TV it WILL NOT be a roku and as I am able i will replace all my raku TV's with another brand.
