Roku Express plus box has no light on and was hooked up properly only after having 30 days it's not working at all what can I do
I'm unclear as to what Model you have.
If you have a Roku 1 as in the footer that would fall in the youre out of luck category.
Otherwise jiggle the power supply cord and see if you get a reaction.

How are you powering the device? Is the Express+ plugged into the TV USB port or is plugged into a wall outlet with the provided cables? We would recommend trying to power the device through the wall outlet with a different set of cables to see if that resolves your issue.
