In the short run you can try reverting to the previous RokuOS version: Press Home (5x), FF (3x), RW (2x), choose "update software", and assuming you see your previous version offered, "update now". However, this may not last long, depending on when your device next auto-updates (including on the next boot).
In the meantime you should contact/inform both Cyberlink and Roku about the channel loading issue.
