I have TCL Roku TV, a Roku premier, and a roku stick. internet connection is "excellent". they were working until this morning. now they won't finish loading anything. Could this be an account problem? An update gone bad? Netflix works on an app on 1 tv (non-roku) but not on the Roku devices.
Could be a bad update. Roku 9.3 is slowly rolling out and might have hit one or more of your devices. Settings > System > About will show you the version on each device. A bunch of 9.3 problems are being reported but I'm not sure that's one of them.
my version is 9.2.6. discovery go and roku channel are working. everything else seems to be throttled.
nevermind, it was an internet provider issue.
