no audio/frozen screen

For the past few days, I have not been able to hear any audio from my roku tv. For some reason I can only hear it through my speakers. I’ve reset the tv, unplugged it, deleted everything but nothing works. I disconnected everything from it and left it like that overnight. I am now turning it on, and nothing comes up on the screen. The only thing I see is “TCL Roku TV” on the top left corner. I’ve tried turning it on and off but nothing seems to fix the issue.
