going offline

Model 4800X is connected to LAN with VERIZON FIOS Support.  ( NO bandwidth issue- no other devices have this issue).

While streaming the unit would drop out and requires REBOOT. When we access it over weekend, unit is already offline and requires a  REBOOT. This was installed in Dec 2020, but only last 2 months or less this issue has started surfacing.

Send inquiry with support. Does anyone had this issue and found  solution to get this annoying issue resolved>
