dolby atmos issues

I have the newest ROKU ULTRA and a new Onkyo receiver with Klipsch Dolby atmos speakers and while vudu i had no problems with Atmos working through the ROKU for months but now all of a sudden all i get is all channel. I cannot get atmos to work at all. However,  if I watch Vudu through my LG tv's app I have Atmos and everything is fine which leads me to believe this is a ROKU issue.  Any suggestions?

Im not familiar with Atmos speakers but my system is similar.

I have Bowers and Wilkiins.

Could wellbe the Roku try Settings/ system/system restart>>

Yeah i reset the ROKU several times.  Checked and rechecked the settings on my receiver and TV. Feeling is it is the ROKU. If so this will be the fourth ULTRA to go bad for different reasons.  What makes me mad is they are placed in an open air location with no added heat and dust free so no excuses for yet another one going bad.
