channels will not load

I have a Roku Premiere and today the Prime Video channel and netflix will not load. I have restarted the device several times, and now have tried to remove the channel. Roku has had the "removing channel" screen up for ten minutes, not frozen because the icon is still rotating. Any advice? Stop and start yet again?

It sounds like it's having a problem connecting to Roku's server.  Try resetting everything - your modem/router and your Roku.

I had an update today to my Roku Express to version 10.0.0 build 4195-51 and now I cannot run Prime Video.  It says the channel cannot run because there is not enough space.  I restarted the Roku, tv and router a couple of times.  I uninstalled Prime and when I went to reinstall it I got a message that it couldn't be installed. I also checked the Prime channel for updates but it says it is up to date. But, after the second restart when I went back the channel is there.  I removed about 10-15 channels I don't watch.  I still cannot load Prime. 

I had a problem with the not enough space error on Youtube too, before the update, but didn't worry about it as I rarely watch it.  Just regular Youtube, NOT Youtube TV but now if I try to load the channel I get a message that it could not be reinstalled although I never uninstalled it.
