audio issues

My Roku Express began saying everything that appears on the screen.  A computer voice says what is appearing in the screen.  For example, when I select one of my channels appearing on the home screen, it will say "one of 12 appearing in a grid".  How do I turn this off?

I have same issue.  computer voice announcing everything that is on the homepage screen.  I can't find where to turn this off.  Just started happening for no reason.

At some point you probably hit the * key four times in a short period of time. This is a shortcut that toggles the "Audio Guide" feature on and off, so four quick presses of the * key should turn the Audio Guide feature back off.

To deactivate the four-* trigger shortcut altogether use menu path, Settings > Accessibility > Shortcut (in the Audio Guide section) > Disabled
