Perhaps your installation of the YouTube TV app has gotten corrupted somehow.
Reinstall a fresh copy via the following procedure;
Remove the channel. Highlight the channel in the channel grid, press the * key, click Remkve channel.
Restart your Roku via Settings > System > System restart.
Reinstall the channel via "Streaming Channels" on the Roku home screen.
The channel will install, at the bottom of the channel grid. If the channel requires a login, you'll need to log in again.
