Why don’t any of my issues allow me to chat with an agent?

I’m trying to find out why the Spotify App doesn’t play back video through my Roku Express. I’ve been trying to watch the JRE but there isn’t a setting or option to choose video. I’ve tried resetting, re-loading, re-booting, re-installing the app, etc. I’ve contacted Spotify as well and they say it’s not an issue on their end and were as helpful as possible. But I’ve followed all the advice listed in the Roku community to no avail and then can’t chat with an agent? Im less than thrilled rn.
