What do I do when my Roku says “ no channels present “

Every time I turn my rca tv on now all I see is a blue screen accompanied by this in a black square “ no channels present “ while floating all over the screen. Please help ....

Is your TV on the correct HDMI input for your Roku device? Is there a light on your Roku device? Can you please provide us with a screenshot of the issue that you are experiencing? Have you tried plugging the device into another HDMI port to see if that resolves your issue?
