WHY IS IT RESTARTING AND NOW TV DOESN'T WORK?!

Not only is it infuriating that there is ZERO customer service seemingly available, but is an accessibility issue for those of us with neuro divergent conditions who need actual human contact for help.

 

I only got this Roku Express today... Forced into buying it because even though NowTV claims it is available on Firestick.... It is nowhere on the app store...

Doesn't work does it?  No matter how many different stupid cables and leads I try, or how many factory resets.... Still flits between either telling me the thing is not HDCP enabled or starts to play the video in quality that is akin to that of the late 80s before freezing and completely restarting....

THIS IS NOT A CABLE ISSUE but would appreciate an actual member of staff from Roku to provide me with a way to actually speak to a human via phone...   

Funny how not one of your 'help' topics pertains to the device not working or having errors when requesting to contact an agent...

Could you try performing the other troubleshooting steps available in this Support link: What should I do if I see a “HDCP Error Detected” message or a purple screen?

Please also reply here with the serial number of the Roku device. It can be found in Settings > System > About or underneath the player itself.
