Volume too low on "The Newsreader"

I realize this probably can't be answered by the ROKU community, but it seems I can't contact a ROKU customer support person.

 

Is anyone here able to help me get into contact with a ROKU employee? All I want to know is if ROKU can somehow increase the volume for "The Newsreader." The commercials are loud enough as are most other programs.

Are you talking about the Roku Original show “The Newsreader”? So you want them to turn up the volume for this one show? I’m sorry but that can’t be done. Can you also elaborate on how you’re watching this show? Which device? Most Roku devices have volume leveling control also.

Are you talking about the Roku Original show “The Newsreader”? So you want them to turn up the volume for this one show? I’m sorry but that can’t be done. Can you also elaborate on how you’re watching this show? Which device? Most Roku devices have volume leveling control also.
