Volume is not detected after using plugin

I had speakers plugged into my Roku tV using a aux cord. I've not taken the speaker out and the tv has no sound. I have done a factory reset, but I still have no sound. I do not know what to do. Help!

Thanks for the note. Have you tried plugging something else into that port on your TV and seeing if you hear audio output, such as headphones or another audio device?
