I have read all threads related to this and I despite my system being updated beyond those that were supposed to fix the issue I am still having this issue.
I have the same issue on all apps and channels. I have reset the system.
I have 4 of these products and they are all now doing the same thing. Please provide a fix for this ASAP. Not that it matters but these products and other brands of similar products are too inexpensive to deal with an issue like this. If no fix soon I’ll just go back to the latest Apple TV hardware. The Roku devices thus far have been much better in general than all the other products I’ve used. Thx
ok - did some work on this on my own. did a factory reset of the audio settings. that seemed to fix the 'volume pop up' issue. seems like its something with the connection of my Sonos soundbar causing the issue. now the only issue is that my Roku remote is not controlling the TV audio!!! LMK if anyone else has seen this - i guess i gotta go into the remote pairing threads....
this is definitely a roku issue most likely with release 10.0 - come on guys - Roku stock at a $50 billion market cap? throw some engineers on this please -
