Volume and power not working

My voice remote power and volume sropped.working all.of a sudden.  Tried changing batteries.  Repairing the remote. Setting up remote again.  Nothing.  Any ideas?

How long have you had it? maybe the MODs will give you a new one.

theyre like 14 bucks if youre sure its paired.

What is your model # and firmware version?  Settings/System/About

Try:

1)  Check for updates:  Settings/System/System updates/Check now - try again

2) Re-setup remote:  Settings/Remotes & devices/Remotes/<name of remote>/Setup remote for TV control

Model 3800 x software version 10.  I tried resetting it up and still nothing.

Assuming you checked for updates and tried the remote setup procedure again as detailed:

Message @RokuDanny-R and give him your system details (account email/account location/model name/model #/serial #/device ID/remote model #/remote firmware version/etc and he can help you further.
