Volume Mode Issue

By default I get no sound from any apps, but I do get sound effects from the Roku Home Screen. When the volume mode is set to off, everything is muted. When I turn it on to Leveling or Night it works for about a minute before cutting out, at which point I must turn the volume mode off or on again. The sound also stops if I switch apps or change channels or shows within apps. 

asically I can’t watch anything for several subscriptions I’m paying for because of an issue with Roku on my TCL Roku TV.

Please fix this bug!
