Playback Issues - Audio/Video & Power

I have a Roku 4630x and running the up-to-date software version 9.3.0 build 4194-20. 

Within YoutubeTV, the video is lagging behind audio by about 5 seconds. This is on the NBC feed. All other channels appear to be okay. 

I have powered down and disconnected the Roku. I have updated all channels and software. I have removed Youtubetv app and readded it. None of this has helped.

Anyone else having this issue? Any ideas on resolving this?

Update - I checked with a buddy that uses youtubetv via chromecast and he is having the same issue.

The problem resides in youtubetv and not Roku
