I started getting this message three days ago when I tried to watch the Metropolitan Opera streaming service on their streaming channel through Roku, using a Roku Ultra. I have successfully watched this channel for many months without any problems, but recently did add a micro SD card to my Roku Ultra.
All my other channels seem to work okay. This seems to be the only one I've noticed (so far) with this problem.
I'd appreciate any help,
It seems I found my own solution. If I could delete this entry which ws from me, I would do so, but I can't find a way to remove it.
Simply re-starting my device solved the problem.
