I'm struggling with videos from a particular source stuttering enough to make them unwatchable. I watch through Plex Media, but I've also tried watching the video through the Roku Media Player and I get the same result, so this seem to be a disagreement between the video's encoding and the Roku Ultra itself.
My Roku is fully updated and otherwise works. It can handle 4K video and higher bitrate video, so it's definitely not a bandwidth problem.
