Very disappointed with the lack of Roku support!

I have had a Roku device for over 6 years and recently upgraded to the express so I can watch Apple TV. I have read other persons posts that they have no volume and after following all of the suggestions including factory restart three times still no volume, doesn’t matter if new or old cables, or how many times I unplug it, and no issue with my new television. My post title is in regard to the fact that not only is this not an option in the limited choices provided by the “support” team it says support isn’t available for this device.

Update Re: Very disappointed with the lack of Roku support!

Problem solved, I returned it and am streaming Apple TV on another device.
