I've just bought a new Roku Express, and working out whether I need to return it for a replacement or whether it's just a general Roku problem but finding nothing in the way of support on this.
In the menus everything is fine, but as soon as I start playing any kind of video, I get either one or three blue vertical lines on the screen. I *think* it's three lines for 720p and one for 1080p content, but obviously hard to be sure. I've tried 2 different TVs and 2 different HDMI cables, but always the same.
Is this a known issue, or just need a replacement player?
I’m having this same problem on a brand new roku express. Does anyone know the solution?

Thanks for posting here in the Community.
Could you try connecting your Roku Express to another HDMI port to see if that will resolve the issue you're experiencing? You can also try using a different HDMI cord.
