Upgrading the Audio Experience

My Denon receiver will playback audio either in Stereo, Dolby Pro-Logic II, Dolby 5.1, or DTS.  Roku used to pass through the audio just fine in Dolby 5.1 but now EVERYTHING I watch (I use Netflix most of all) with my ROKU is now playing it back in Dolby Pro-Logic II which is a totally unacceptable listening experience.  Does ROKU sell another product that will alleviate this problem and let me watch in 5.1 or DTS again, or will I need to purchase an entirely new receiver?  Please provide me some suggestions.
