Unit keeps re booting it self.

Hello any help is appreciated .  I have roku  model 3930rw roku express with software version 9.2.1 build 4090-ae.  Everytime this unit is powered on it reboots about 3 to 4 times before it can be used couls someone please help since I dont know what to do

Thanks for the note.

How are you powering the device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into the wall with the provided cables and adapter?

Danny thank you for  reply.  I am using the hdmi and power supply that came with unit. I have done manual updates on unit but says is up to date software changed a bit now is 9.3.0. Build 4170-ae
