Working Roku Ultra was running on TV "A". Audio and video working fine.
Selected "reset to factory settings" .
Immediately as "reset to factory settings" was selected, the video went bad.
Roku is sending signal (can hear the booting sequence), but the video signal is whacked.
Have rebooted both Roku and TV.
Have relocated and activated the Roku on TV "B" and it worked fine connected to TV "B". When moved back to TV "A", the video is still whacked.
TV "A" is an older plasma unit. Panasonic circa 2002.
TV "B" is an older plasma unit. Pioneer circa 2006.
Any suggestions out there?
Thanks for the note.
Have you tried using a different HDMI port on the first TV as well as switching out the HDMI cable to see if that resolves the issue? It currently appears to be a bad connection issue with your TV, as the device works fine on the your other TV.
Please keep us posted with what you find out.
Thanks,
Danny
Thanks for the suggestion. Tried a different cable, video remains bad. Only one HDMI input on TV "A". I doubt the port or cable is bad, just because the video went from good to bad immediately upon hitting factory reset.
