Status in case anyone cares. My (2nd) unit continues to feeeze/reboot. Roku has agreed to return/replace it - again - I really want a refund so I can move on. Best I'll be able to do is replacement, sell it, and buy something else.
Thanks for the update. Im actually shipping out my Roku today to be replaced. Now that I see your replacement had the same issue, Im going to just sell it to recoup some of my money and get an Apple TV.
