Ultra 2020 problem

Just got it from Amazon, did intial setup...updated software  and it constantly freezes and reboots

I cant enter my login info for my channels...Ive done a reset, a factory reset...unplugged it, replugged in

Im in the ARC HDMI   , ive also tried the non ARC

I have a wired ethernet...Ive tried wireless

 

This is my first Roku and watching the videos on it on Youtube I was very excited.....am I missing a fix for this? Im reading a lot of Locking up and rebooting but havent seen a solution

Thanks for the post.

We'd like to gather more information about the issue you're running into. How are you powering the device? Is it plugged into the TV USB port, or is it plugged into the wall outlet with the provided cables? In addition, have you tried using your device on another TV to see if you are seeing the same issue?
