USB device needs more power notification

A message about the usb device needing more power but I don’t have any usb plugged in and any my tv is plugged into the outlet? I’ve tried restarting and factory resetting but nothing has worked so far

I assume this is a "Roku TV"?  You may have to contact the manufacturer:
