Trying to help resolve a charge issue

I am trying to help resolve a unauthorized charge on an account the person on that got charged wrong has been emailed 6 to 8 times a day asking that I log into my account and give authorization ref ticket number :3688979 I have emailed several times with no response to me only the victim would someone there please help with this [personal information removed] what else do you guys need to resolve this is it's ridiculously crazy the way you give someone a run around

Dood its Labor Day weekend and also a Pandemic is happening.

Edit your post and remove the personal info.

The Admins will be around tuesday I imagine be patient
